“Bookmarked – stories of plot twists, strong characters, and the tales that won’t let go”
Confabulation, Montreal’s original true life storytelling series, kicks off our 17th season with another night of stories – true as we can tell them. For the second year, we will be partnering with The Word bookstore, in collaboration with De Still Books.
Our theme is Bookmarked – stories of plot twists, strong characters, and the tales that won’t let go. These are stories about the stories – a true tale that features a literary work as a key character or element. Like backpacking across Europe with a beat up copy of Les Miserables, riding a midlife crisis with Atwood by your side, or that piece of slam poetry that changed your life forever.
