Always be prepared—but for what?

This month, we’re tackling the theme: Be Prepared: stories of following orders, breaking ranks, or forging your own path.

Come hear true stories from six local storytellers, and hang out with your co-hosts Carol-Lynne Michaels and Cassandra Togneri. See you Thursday, Nov. 21st at the Victoria Event Centre!

Your fabulous STORYTELLERS for this month’s show are (in no particular order):

  • Kara Anderson
  • Andrew Mager
  • Nick Lyons
  • Samantha Watkins
  • Faye Mogensen
  • Erich Kelch

Have a story to share at a future show? Submit your story ideas at confabulation.ca/tellastory. All our storytellers receive speaker and story coaching.

ACCESSIBILITY
There are three multi-user, gender-inclusive bathrooms with stalls. One bathroom has a larger stall with its own sink and a grab bar.

The Victoria Event Centre does not currently have an operational elevator. The only way into the VEC is up 27 wood stairs, 11″ deep, 6″ high. There are wooden 2.5” handrails 38” up the wall on each side of the staircase (54” apart, so not graspable on both sides at once). If you require assistance with accessing the space, please contact the VEC staff at [email protected] and they will do their best to accommodate.

More detailed venue accessibility info is available at: Victoriaeventcentre.ca/attendees/accessibility/
